Privacy
We never store your IP address and we set no cookies on public pages. Reporting a problem needs no account.
What we keep

What we publish
Aggregates only. Regional breakdowns need at least 10 reports; ISP speed figures at least 20 tests. We never sell or share individual data.
Who processes data
Cloudflare (hosting, analytics, Turnstile bot protection), our probe hosting providers, and Stripe for Pro billing. Questions: privacy@down.new.
